Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@apiele.com If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

  • If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

 

Damage and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.


Exception/Non-Returnable Items

custom products cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of specials or gift cards.




Exchange
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, buy the new item separately.


Refund
We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the chargeback.
